Precision Yuma Masonry & Concrete provides residential and commercial masonry contracting services in Yuma, AZ and surrounding areas. Services include, but are not limited to, foundation repair, brick repair, tuckpointing, retaining wall construction, driveway pavers, stone masonry, and related work. All services are subject to a written estimate and a signed service agreement before work begins.
Estimates are provided in writing after an in-person site evaluation. An estimate is not a guaranteed fixed price unless explicitly stated as such in a signed contract. Final pricing may vary if:
Any change in scope or price will be communicated in writing before additional work proceeds. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.
Scheduling is confirmed once a signed service agreement and any required deposit are received. We reserve the right to reschedule work due to unsafe weather conditions, material delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will provide as much advance notice as possible in those situations.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid, depending on the terms in the service agreement. Work that has already begun cannot be cancelled without payment for work completed to date plus any materials that have been ordered or delivered.
Payment terms are specified in the written service agreement for each job. In general:
Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances through legal means, including small claims court.
We stand behind the quality of our work. Any workmanship warranty will be specified in the written service agreement for your project. Warranty coverage is limited to defects in the work we performed and does not cover:
Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed through to the customer where applicable. We make no warranties beyond those stated in the signed service agreement.
